Get In My Belly!!!!

Last week we mentioned the yummy protein shake we drink post workout that is helping us achieve our goals for The Transformation part II.

This week we recommend three things.

1) Do Yoga! 
It will help you with flexibility and it will strengthen you from head to toe. We did it naked for the first time the other day. very freeing.  
Here's us doing a balance Yoga posture in our bedroom...not naked sorry.



2) Find the right ab workout for you. Remember, you can do hundreds of different ab exercises but you don't have to do them every day
We hated the ab workout (video below) at first, but now we love it.



3) Get an Iron Gym! It just might be the best investment you ever make. It's very inexpensive and you can really get a great workout with it.




Remember, motivation doesn't just knock on your door, you have to create it.  If you wait to get motivated all you will do is wait.  Start today!  Just a little at a time.  You can do it!!!!
