Got Milk?

In a previous post we mention some of the tools we're using for The Transformation part II.

In this post we are excited to tell you about our favorite part of working out: drinking the creamiest, most delicious protein shake we've ever tasted. It's like having cake after a hard workout. Muscle Milk doesn't taste at all like the old school protein shakes. It really does taste as good as cake. NO JOKE!!

We usually put about three scoops in the blender with a cup of 2% milk or soy milk, and one medium to large banana!!! THIS SHIT IS BANANAS!!!!
