I'm usually asked the same questions when I meet someone new. So I figured why not just put them all in one place.
One stop shop.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions I get.


What do you do?
Since 2003 I've been working full time for a company down by Wall Street doing office things. Also, since 2009 I run a blog (Genderfun.com) and do MTF makeovers on the weekends

Where are you from?
I was born in Uruguay. I lived in Florida before moving to NY.

When did you move to NY?
I moved to NY in Oct 2002.

Where in NY do you live?
Brooklyn.

Are you a U.S. citizen?
I became a U.S. citizen in 2015

Do you speak another language other than English?
Spanish

How old are you?
I was born in April 1979.

What do you do for fun?
Attend the Opera (January)
Wall Climbing (Winter)
Jogging (Mar-Nov)

What school did you go to?
I didn't finished college but I did complete beauty school in 2001.

Do you have family in New York?
No.

Do you have any brothers and sisters?
I have an older brother and a younger sister.

Are you single?
yes

What's your favorite food?
Sushi

Pool or Beach?
I could spend all day in and around a Pool. I enjoy the beach during twilight mostly.


Who is your favorite Artist?
Salvador Dali, in second place Joseph Beuys

Who is your favorite Musical Artist or Band?
I like a wide range of music depending on my mood. If you put my iTunes in alphabetical order by first name you'll see that Mariah Carey and Marilyn Manson are next to each other.

Who is your favorite Author?
I don't have a favorite but I've enjoyed some books by Malcolm Gladwell and Jose Saramago

I can't say I have a favorite but here is a list of some of my current favorites.

1 1/4 ounces cognac
1 ounce Chai-Infused Sweet Vermouth
3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce pomegranate juice

1½ oz Rittenhouse Rye

Stuff you should know

Do you like Fashion?
I like design, but I can never remember the names of designers or how "important" they are supposed to be. That being said I love Oscar de la Renta for women's clothes and REISS for men's clothes.

What is something people might be surprised to know about you?
I assisted with an autopsy when I was in my early 20s and I enjoyed the experience of seeing and feeling the inside of a body. It reminded me of spending time in my dad's meat market when growing up.

Can you cook?
I can make an ok meal, but presented with the option of having a personal chef or having to cook myself, I'd take the chef.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In the future.
